A lot of people don’t like airports. In fact, I am normally one of those people. If you have ever been in an airport (which most people have), it’s not hard to understand why they aren’t the most popular locations on earth. From waiting in long lines to being harassed by security personnel to encountering trouble with your luggage, airports create a lot of situations which give people a good reason to dislike them. While I usually cringe at the thought of having to spend my time in an airport, I actually had a recent experience with an airport that truly surprised me.

Because my wife and I decided to take a trip to Los Angeles, we had to fly to and from the LAX airport. Even though this is a very large airport, I was amazed when we managed to avoid any hassles or inconveniences during either of our times in LAX. From moving right through line to getting our rental car within minutes (and having the same experience when we dropped it off), I can’t think of a single bad thing that I have to say about our treatment at LAX.
