I really like my job. I know a lot of people hate their jobs, so I feel lucky that I have the opportunity to earn a good living doing something that I actually enjoy. I think one of the reasons that I like my job so much is because I work for a company that does a lot of different things to ensure that they succeed. They are always pushing us to do our best and to go above & beyond, and while I know there are people who would not like this kind of atmosphere, it is actually the type of environment that allows me to do well.
As an example of what I’ve achieved, because my company is planning to expand to Los Angeles, they asked me if I would be interested in moving to Los Angeles and working to get things off the ground over there. Before I gave them my answer, they sent me to Los Angeles to see the city for myself. Once I arrived at LAX, I picked up my rental car, and spent the next two days checking out Los Angeles. I ended up really liking the city, so when I got back, I told them that I would be happy to accept the new (and higher paying) position.
