I’m not the most frequent traveler ever. However, I have a reasonable amount of travel experience under my belt. I have been to a fair amount of airports throughout the United States, but I don’t think any of my experiences at these airports could have prepared me for just how large the LAX airport is.
California is a state that I had always wanted to visit, but had simply never gotten to. However, that all changed a couple of months ago, when I found out that I could take enough time off of work to visit California for five days. Even though there are quite a few great cities throughout the state of California, I decided that since this was probably going to be my only opportunity to visit California for quite some time, I had to check out what Los Angeles was all about.
I had a really enjoyable time in Los Angeles, and I was quite impressed with how large the city was. As you could probably tell from the first paragraph, my amazement with the size of Los Angeles began as soon as I stepped off of the plane and realized just how large the LAX airport is.
